Championship takes centre stage in the sporting world this weekend with Munster and Leinster Hurling very much to the fore.

Closer to home, Longwood will make the short journey to Clonard to take on their neighbours in the 2nd Round of the Premier Football Championship.

Both teams will have been buoyed by opening round victories over Drumconrath and St Patrick's respectively, and will approach the game with renewed optimism.
