Star Fact: Longwood GAA won the Meath Intermediate Hurling Championship, the Meath Junior Football Championship and the Leinster Junior Football Championship in 2009. 2018 was another magical year for the club when they won the Meath Intermediate Football championship, graduating to the ranks of Senior football for the first time in well over 70 years.
Colours: White jersey, Black Shorts and Black socks.

Club Grounds: Main Pitch just outside the village. Travelling from Trim, drive straight through the village, pitch located approx. 400 metres on right hand side. Travelling from Clonard/Killyon pitch is on left hand side just before you reach Longwood village. Full Size flood light pitch. In addition we have an Astroturf soccer pitch complete with flood lights. Clubhouse contains multiple meeting rooms, 4 dressing rooms, referees room and electronic scoreboard.
Club Policy: Longwood GAA strictly adheres to the policies set out by Croke Park in relation to discipline and code of conduct and have a big emphasis on player welfare and protection. This Code of Behaviour (Underage) complements the Irish Sports Council (ISC) Code of Ethics and Our Games - Our Code, the joint Code of Best Practice in Youth Sport and addresses the appropriate levels of behaviour, practice and conduct required from our young players, officials, coaches, trainers, mentors, supporters, parents/guardians and clubs.

- Players and Parents will show respect to Coaches and Mentors at all times.
- Excessive use of bad language will not be acceptable.
- Referees decisions must be adhered to and referees treated with respect.
- Bullying will not be tolerated.
- Racial abuse or abuse of any kind will not be accepted
- Club colours must be worn at all times.
- Respect must be shown to opposing teams and mentors/coaches at all times.
