Success breeds success - Longwood's U15 footballers reinforced the old adage as they secured their second league victory in the past week.

Having defeated Moynalty/Carnaross on Tuesday evening, the boys maintained their good form with an excellent performance to overcome the previously unbeaten table-toppers from Kilmainhamwood. The wet conditions made for an exciting game and both teams deserve enormous credit for serving up such an entertaining contest for all in attendance.

Next up for the boys is a local derby against Na Fianna in two weeks time.
